Due to the perishable nature of our traditional Indian sweets and savories, G Pulla Reddy Sweets maintains a strict no-return policy once a product has been delivered. We are committed to quality and will address concerns regarding damaged items or shipping errors promptly.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Upon Delivery
Please examine your package immediately upon arrival to ensure the seal is intact and the contents match your order.
- 2.Document Discrepancies
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, take clear photographs of the product and the outer packaging within 24 hours of receipt.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the photo evidence to initiate a review of your claim.
- 4.Resolution Process
Once validated, we will process a replacement or store credit for the affected items, as we do not offer physical returns for food safety reasons.
